BOSTON

i've had such a fun past 48 hours...i got to ride the train from NYC to Boston and it was SO FUN! I got to see my family! I've only been away from them for a few days but I'm really going to miss them. ALOT. But being with them yesterday was just the little pick-me-up i needed. My poor momma has a torn up knee so we took the trolley around Boston and I feel bad to say I didn't really get to walk around such a beautiful city. I really think that I need to go back! Here are some pictures from my quick trip! Thanks momma and dadda for letting me visit and sleeping on a soft bed! I will also miss my sis alot, it was so fun to joke with them and remind her who is really the alpha sis in the family.

This is the nicest 7/11 in the world...and I love it. Boston is winning in points for me due to the fact that there are ALOT of 7/11's which...I LOVE. I miss my fave sev right outside big cottonwood.

alittle bit patriotic...

This is the building I look at out my window, and will be walking by alot this summer. It's beautiful. Now I may not be the patriotic child in my family, and I will freely admit that I don't know much about this Grant guy...but the other night his building was absolutely glorious.

one block away

Today was pretty busy/crazy/heated. But knowing that this building is a block away made me very happy! I can't wait to hang in Bryant Park!

fare-thee-well

I had to say goodbye to Utah...right when spring skiing is at it's all-time greatest and the mountains are just begging to be explored. Plus, it's time to start my ultimate tan. I'm also pretty sad because the day before I left Snowbird got 8 inches...OF SNOW.

My last night in Utah was okay though, jenny came over for a traditional sleepover and of course I barely slept because I am a terrible packer, and my nerves are unbearably strong. The next morning we left at 7.15 and this was the parting view I got of the mtns.

(I will not miss this view. In the past 2 weeks I've spent 50+ hours in the car moving things...I HATE MOVING/TRAFFIC)

The day didn't really start out so great, my sweatshirt was stolen/or lost within 5 minutes of being in the airport and my ticket had the wrong gate on it. But I made it on the flight with all my other nyc'ers and the flight was typical (long, painful, and non-routine) We got into JFK 45 minutes early, but we sat on the tarmack for 50 minutes. So great.

Thanks to the "marrieds" the best part of the day was when Nathan (bless your heart) got us a private shuttle to just take us straight to the ihouse. We were all pretty delirious but we made it.

So I'm here. It's all good. And to be totally honest, I don't hate the ihouse. I love the location, and I love my view. I also love having the room to myself and not having to go head-to-toe. I have a pretty good feeling that this time around is going to be the best.

This is a bad picture of my view...but it's what you get. Don't complain.

1 in a 1000 can get this

Some of you may be unaware of the MAJOR life change I'm going through...this is a horrible disease THOUSANDS of people are stricken with every year...it's called...graduationitis.

Since I've come down with this..."disease"...I've decided to blog about my experiences since such a terminal diagnosis has come my way. Here are a few pictures of the day I found out...
